Sainsbury's Petrol Station

Expensive. Clean, well looked after however like all Harrogate petrol stations - prices are much higher than other Sainsburys sites within 10 mike radius

Filled up with petrol this evening at Sainsbury's Harrogate as my fuel gauge was very low. A terrible experience as after dispensing about half a litre the pump cut out. I had to trickle out 35 litres at half flow with the pump cutting out about 50 times. It actually hurt my arm having to hold the nozzle in a strange way and the flow constantly cutting out. Took an inordinate amount of time.Went into pay and mentioned that they had a problem with their pump in order to alert them to the problem. Response was loud and dismissive and made me feel extremely demeaned.

This petrol station is great - clean, usually cheaper than most local petrol stations too. I accumulate my nectar points and get more vouchers as I top up, on most occasions.

When I had a bad fall in the car park last weekend (26.9.15) Paul HR Manager and his staff were very helpful by coming out and calling an ambulance for me, making sure i was warm and waited with me and my partner Nigel for an hour and a half until the ambulance arrived. We can't thank them enough. We loved the store and found everyone very helpful.

Free parking and open until 10 pm. Petrol station and a Mistermint there as well. A better range of clothing and other gifts. I like it. Computer and digital cameras are also in this store. Food wise more choice 😊
