Lyndon - an employer who works there helped me and my mum put together a coffee table as we had to return it twice in the same day due to the screws not working properly as they did not fit or connect properly, he swiftly noticed this and agreed the screws were at fault and nothing we had done wrong. We really needed the table but instead of us taking back another one, he fitted it together for us so we didn’t have to struggle which really made our day. He was so kind and thoughtful, the quality of service was amazing, so amazing we had to leave feedback and review. Thanks Lyndon from Parkgate, Rotherham Argos, you’re a wonderful employee!!

Went today to return a camera I purchased yesterday Instantly the staff member (Marie or Maria) was passive aggressive towards me when she spoke. Without explaining anything she instantly said it’s been opened you can’t return that, I wasn’t aware the box couldn’t be opened and she did not care to explain that (returning due to the camera being poor quality so obviously I had opened it) She then went ‘and you can’t return it like that, look at box’ because the box was open (no tears or damage just open) the tone she spoke in towards me was horrendous and rather than explaining anything she was acting like I purposefully did something wrong for checking if I can return something I bought not even 24 hours ago. Manager of the shop was helpful and explained the policy but just a shame her employees are so rude

Kinder Valley Wicker Moses Basket With Rocking Stand , my daughter 7 days old and the rocking stand broke this item not safe at all I am not happy how Argos selling this bad things I hope the been test it and I hope no one newborn get hurt from that product very dangerous rocking stand to put your new born on it

Good store. I mainly go in & pick & pay which is nice & easy. The only downside is that on a few occasions I've had to wait quite a while when there hasn't been many other customers in store.

A shop that uses a catalogue system . There are advantages and disadvantages to this, one of the advantages is they have a lot more varied stock as they don't need the floorspace to display everything, a disadvantage is that sometimes what you see in a picture in a catalogue doesn't always live up to expectations. This being said I have had some very good products and some real bargains from here
