How refreshing to have a pleasant stress free shopping experience. I have just bought an armchair the guy on the shop floor was lovely very polite attentive and informative. The delivery notifications were precise and consistent and the guy who delivered my chair was prompt and pleasant. The end product is great quality so a great positive experience from start to finish ....well done Dunelm 😀

As good as Dunelm is for soft furnishings and haberdashery, I do find it frustrating that more of the furniture it sells isn't in store, especially sofas, chairs, etc. items you absolutely want to sit on to ensure they're comfortable. It's done a good job of moving it's product range towards a younger audience, which is still millennials in their late 30s and 40s, which isn't exactly young, admittedly, but still, more furniture that I can actually road test please, if I'm forking out upwards of £1000 on a sofa, I expect to be able to sit on it beforehand.

The staff were very helpful in showing were things were. Oscar was more than amazing, helping me lift both heavy items into trolleys and into my car. He went above and beyond and is a model team member. Definitely made it worth the visit 😄

Amazing quality, great place to shop if you are looking for decor items. 10/10 shopping experience. Lots of deals going on in stores.
