Had a really good experience with this company....ordered Friday, was kept upto date with regards to delivery which arrived yesterday (Tuesday) Both items were packaged well and came with no issues. Instructions easy to follow with everything needed to build my sideboard as you would expect. I love this corona sideboard, so much so I've ordered another as they match my new living room decor fantastically. Thanks guys 😊 Edited - ordered my second one and it came within 2 days, again very simple to read the instructions and put together 😊

Good furniture and customer service from Mercers Furniture. I ordered the 3 door Corona wardrobe and 3x3 low chest of draws. Jayne provided a great after sales service over email and the items were delivered in good condition by Furdeco. After assembling both items, I applied some matt furniture paint and changed the door hinges / door knobs to ornate antique brass. Happy with the result and would use Mercers again in the future. Seller keeps removing my review from ebay!!! Seller used Evri to deliver who delivered to wrong address! Parcel went missing.Seller not helpful and blamed the buyer for the loss. Seller had a legal obligation to make sure I received the parcel. Customer service from Jane was shocking! She kept referring me back to ebay instead of taking responsibility for the loss of my parcel. No refund or replacement offered. Lost out on my item, £49.99 and a days wages waiting in for the parcel.

My new go-to furniture store, instructions are extremely clear & the parts are clearly marked/ labelled. The prices are very competitive & furniture look absolutely lovely once built.

Very helpful, no pressure , bought wardrobes, drawers bedside, delivery guys very nice , respected my home , will definitely buy again
