I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I would like to share my experience as I am amazed by the customer service and product I have purchased from them. The corner sofa is comfortable and very well looking in our living room. The salesperson was very helpful and patient. The waiting delivery time was not too long and arrived even early than expected. From the beginning till the end, everything was fine. They came on the agreed time, set up our sofa and cleaned after themselves. I definitely will recommend them and will purchase from them again!

When I came to England, I bought all the furniture of my house from Serhat Furniture before lockdown. The only problem I faced was that the products arrived 1 week later than they were told. Although I justified this delay due to the pandemic, the company officials did their best to make up for the situation.
