Had an incredible experience with Eliot. Had some prior difficulties with a different bike shop, but Eliot had the expertise to work out all the weird needs of my vintage bike. He was also very welcoming to beginner cyclists who wants to learn more about fixing bikes. Undoubtedly one of the best bike shops experience, the cycle club is also worth it's money.

Awesome little bike shop of second hand bikes and parts. Has some new parts too. Definitely a place to visit if your into fixing you own bike or looking for someone knowledgeable to fix it for you. A++ can't recommend enough. Thank you Russel 👍

Very pleased with their repairs. I was visiting Sheffield and suffered a mechanical issue which totally disabled my bike.... the Neepsend shop got it fixed in less than a day (they had parts in stock), which was massively helpful for me. The staff were friendly and knowledgable, price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. My understanding is that they don't take reservations for repairs, it's just first-come-first-served. Probably worth giving them a ring ahead of time though.

The Neepsend shop did a brilliant major service on my Brompton. They were extremely knowledgeable and did fair and honest work for a good price. I also got great feedback on how to look after the bike. I was very impressed and fully recommend them and won't hesitate to return for future work.

Excellent bike service. Always a warm welcome. Today it was my chainset and canti brakes that needed sorting. Russ had them fixed in a flash. And we put the world to rights at the same time.
