I had a great experience at Cash Converters! The staff were friendly and helpful, and they gave me a fair price for my items. The whole process was quick and easy — I was in and out in no time. They also have a good range of second-hand products in great condition and at affordable prices. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re buying or selling.

5 star service, Mark and Lee went out of their way to make our purchase easy and smooth. They explained what we needed to know and how to do it,aswell as setting up the computer ready for us to use. I can't praise them enough. Many thanks 😊 Chris White.

Sold a reasonably expensive watch to me, and failed to make me aware they had changed the strap and put a cheaper one on it. Only realised when I got home and googled the images of it, the cost of changing to the original would make the watch about the same cost as a new one! Asked to return it and was point blank refused (rudely I feel). In my eyes they failed to make a disclosure that would have a material affect on my purchase. Made a complaint to head office, lets see what happens but if they teat me anything like the staff at the shop did , then I wont hold my breath. Needless to say I wont ever use this company again without them coming to the party to sort this out.

The customer service at this shop is extremely poor. Staff were ignorant, spoke rudely, and seemed annoyed when asked for help. I felt unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. I will not be returning and would advise others to be cautious.

Sold some gold yesterday, i was able to negotiate a price with Mark who served me, he took his time checking each piece, whether scrap or retail, n priced accordingly. I walked away with the price I had in mind. Cheers Mark.
