Great shop with a lot of variety for so many different kinds of pets. Great cat litter and toys, though some items are quite expensive. Staff are happy to help if you are buying bigger items and need a hand getting them to your car. Trolleys are also available.

Had to do an emergency dash for a dog with a pull out claw . Vets were great and the teM were really lively on reception. Fast efficient and friendly service when I needed quick service

Not too busy well stocked with all your pets needs at times there are products missing from shelves think they may be experiencing some delivery problems at times. Store always seem clean and the staff friendly. Its the 3rd time I've been in to get some seriously good cat biscuits for my boys and they haven't had any . Its their own make so god knows whats happening. As luck would have it they like the salmon Harrington ones 😽 so I've been forgiven. So I've knocked it down a star as its been going on for weeks After more than a year i have noticed they have started stocking the seriously good dry cat food. ( the boys have Purina one now as the vet said it was a good one to have dental wise) Better well stocked now , no empty shelves, staff always seem friendly, given another star 🌟

Range was excellent though they didnt have the uniary cat food that we were looking for. The awesome staff did show us all the alternatives and supplements they did have. Plus had a lovely chat with the assistants about 2 particularly charming rats they had.

Always get my hamsters from here, I’ve had a few over the years. Every time I go there’s always some new money making scam. Went yesterday and was forced to buy a giant wheel because they’d “upgraded” which is code for spend more money it has nothing to do with what’s best for the pets. Won’t be coming here again.
