The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Katie who set up the unit for us. The facilities were really easy to use and convenient, and thanks to the guidance given we were able to get exactly the right size unit we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Big Yellow again next time.

Very impressed with the building, the facilities and the systems in place. Dan was great at explaining options and rules for storage. It was all very casual but Dan had answers to all our questions and we had sorted our unit before we left. Definitely recommend this place.

Getting a storage here was made pretty quick and hassle free by louise at the facility. Easy to access and huge storage spaces at affordable prices at the big yellow self storage at queens road.
