I had an excellent experience with Big Yellow Storage thanks to Courtney. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and her communication was spot on throughout. I made a last-minute booking for my nephew and was beyond impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. Courtney went out of her way to make the process easy and stress-free. Adam and Ben Kiana were exemplary in their service. Adam assisted us with the set up and walked us through the process. Kiana and Ben helped with the close down of the account. They were friendly and informative throughout the process and a wonderful representation of the company. I would use the service again.
Adam helped me to easily switch a reservation from another Big Yellow over the phone with short notice, which was much appreciated and upon checking in, Ben made the process straight forward and explained everything well. Only thing that would have made it better is if they would have moved all of my things for me - but maybe that's expecting a bit much.... 😉
