The location was a bit further than the five minutes walk from Sheffield station that was advertised. I arrived at the time I had stated and was told that the person who would deal with it was having lunch and that I would have to wait an indeterminate time to leave my bag. I had a train to catch so that wasn't OK. Eventually another person dealt with it. I had to photograph a Post Office tag to identify my bag. When I returned it was possible to retrieve the bag fairly quickly (about four minutes).

Very easy to book and pay for online and a really slick system. It was fantastic not to have to drag our bags round Sheffield between check out and our train 6 hours later. Would certainly use again.

I had several hours to kill in Sheffield between checking out of my hotel and my flight later on that day. I dropped my luggage off here as Sheffield Station lacked any similar facilities. It was straightforward, booked online, they give you a code on the receipt for issues.
