Very professional and reliable moving company. Communication was clear throughout, and the team worked quickly while treating our furniture and boxes with great respect. Everything arrived in perfect condition and on time. Would definitely use them again!

We used Swift Removals in January 2025 and had a very positive experience. Rebooking as a result in November, we had the total opposite. We think they have been taken over by another company, while retaining the name. The team who turned up were third party contracted, and they were totally unfit to do the job. Two of them looked too old to be lifting heavy furniture, making us worried for their safety, and one smelt of alcohol. The third one was there to help and had never done a removal job before. The packing was unbelievably inefficient meaning they had to do two trips. They didn't even look upstairs to survey what boxes we had before starting to load the van. Then after two trips, they announced they were finished for the day, even though there was lots of stuff still in the house. I would strongly recommend not using this company as they were useless and expensive for what they did - it was ineffective, incomplete and to make matters worse, the boss called to claim the final payment minutes after they left, and when we were still trying to move our own things.
