Used this storage company in January while moving house and the staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Harry and Ellie who answered any questions I needed. Very patient and kind staff and the storage space was very clean. The app was easy to use and I would highly recommend using this service to anyone who needs it! 😊
A great place to store your items. It’s super easy to access the building. The live chat and the on-site team are very efficient and professional. Ellie was always there to help with all my questions. I would definitely recommend it and would use it again if needed.

The team at McCarthy’s have been brilliant since the moment I first contacted them with regard to arranging storage over the Summer for my daughter. They offered a very reasonable price and the level of customer service has been outstanding. The facility (we are using Sheffield) is very user friendly -easy access via an app, plenty of parking, trolleys, lift, modern and secure. It made moving out much less stressful and we won’t be worrying about moving everything into new accommodation in a few weeks’ time. I can’t recommend them more highly.
Customer of both Sheffield and Chesterfield,The storage Team have recently taken over Sheffield and thought the new staff need a shout out!!! Both Ellie and Harry are very pleasant and it is a joy to see there smiling faces when i come to my unit. Would recommend The Storage Team to anyone looking for Storage.
