Sainsbury's local store in the city centre of Sheffield near the Cathedral. Have called in to this shop many times for a snack or drink. It's small but has the essentials, and it's a kind of fast in and fast out shop. I've always used the self serve tills without any issues.

I cannot thank the staff enough I had to collect something quite heavy and the young gentleman helped me sort it out by putting into another bag with handles so I could carry it , the lovely lady Tracey who was in the kiosk helped me sort my parcels out and was so friendly and pleasant with her lovely smile made my day I have to also say I find all the staff really friendly, so thank you so much .

Really disappointed. I had worked a twelve hour shift and afterward I ran to my local Sainsbury’s getting there in time and they refused to open the doors or even speak to me, instead they shook their hand in front of their neck to symbolise that they were closed. I am upset that for the sake of cutting five minutes off their shift they refused to serve me when I needed food for myself and my cat. Why would you close before your contracted and scheduled hours? It’s laziness and is unappreciated by local custom, this Sainsbury’s staff needs to wise up.

I am very appalled by my customer service experince today. I simply popped inside for a drink which was listed more expensive when scanned than listed. I called for customer service to resolve this minor issue and instead had somebody, who's job is to resolve issue like this, argue her point in a very rude manner. She did not attempt to help nor give us a good experience while I remained calm and polite, understanding she may have had a long day. I will not be shopping or using the customer service from this shop again.
