SIP Parking - Park Hill Flats

Paid for my parking here then a month later received a final demand change of £115.00 with no right to appeal as I had not responded to the original fine notice which I had never received. No way of contacting them as they have a shortage of staff according to the answer phone message so emailed a complaint with all the evidence but no response so I had to pay the fine as the next stage would me being taken the court 😡

Parkers beware, the signage onsite has a different code to the app so if you don't double check you've clicked the updated one you'll get a PCN in the post, despite them being paid for an hour more than was used.

Be aware you CANNOT use the Pay By Phone app to park here as shown in one of the photos. It's CASH ONLY you can't even use a card to pay. Thankfully I had some change but to have known this in advance would've been helpful!

Visited this car park today and you definitely can't use the pay by phone option tried several times as I didn't have any cash on me and found myself stuck, so definitely bring cash if parking here.

The prices have changed and they only take coins, no notes. So archaic in this modern age.
