Went here to have a drink and told by my mum they do “street food” Obviously no idea what that means but having seen some of the food coming out look pretty good. Basically various types inc jerk curries , burgers , wings , quesadillas u name it…. Went safe and went for a chicken burger with jerk sauce. Not long at all to wait, was told all food cooked fresh, they weren’t kidding. Came out was a monster of a burger and huge portion of fries. I smashed it down in about 10 mins , amazing flavour, tasted fresh and brilliant flavour. Couldn’t believe what I stumbled on. So much so that after a chat about their trifecta burger challenge I had to come back as only 3 people have eaten it… I wanted to be the 4th!! Came back next day , ordered it! Obviously being Friday night took a bit longer as it was much busier not that I cared , enjoying my drink and waited with anticipation… My god it was a beast …… A block ( I mean block ) of halloumi , one massive chicken breast, two beef patties and two pieces of bacon. It was a beautiful monster with fries. I could barely get my mouth around it but eventually after a long battle I got to the end and as much as I battled I did not want to leave a drop as it tasted unbelievable! What a burger, what a place to eat, I will be back and be recommending this to anyone and everyone. Staff were brilliant , good laugh and the chef was class!!! so in to what he was doing, genuinely cared about what he was cooking and it showed in the food. made everything fresh including the jerk sauce. Absolute gem of a place to go. Can’t recommend any higher. Well done!! If u live near here u are lucky.

Absolutely brilliant bar - not quite a micropub, not quite a pub ... loved my mini visit on the evening of Weds 28 Feb 2024. What a diverse vibrant collection of customers (myself included 😉). Nice choice of real ale, 3 pumps on, and about 5 craft kegs very reasonable prices. Nice to chat to two of the community shareholders at the bar, Graham and Mike (sorry if spelling not correct). Get behind this place ❤

Amazing real ale bar with a large selection of local beers - great atmosphere with fun friendly staff. The street food is outstanding - we shared the Traditional Slow Cooked Goat Curry and Chinese Salt & Pepper Chicken Giant Yorkshire Puddings Wrap - both are highly recommended.

Amazing food - the goat curry is to die for, really friendly atmosphere, bar staff very welcoming. Lovely venue for a gig. Daughters band has played here on numerous occasions. Sound engineer Ed is amazing and so helpful with lots of advice for a teen band. If you are a band get a gig there. If you want good food/beer go! You won't regret.
