This is a useful Post Office for the expected services. The staff are very helpful. In addition it is an Amazon parcel collection point. Be aware you will need ID to collect your Amazon parcel and sign for it. Unlike other Amazon collection points, you will not have it use a barcode to collect your parcel. It is directly opposite the large Asda supermarket. It is not physically in the same building as Asda but it's steps away.

Very poor staffing they don't listen to a word I say. I asked for a parcel to be delivered to Myanmar but it's ended up in Thailand crappy staff

Decent post office. Staff nice enough, can sometimes be a little grumpy...then again, so would I if I had to deal with the residents of Shipley on a daily basis.
