Been getting waxed for over 10 years, and this was my best wax yet. Professional and the service was 10/10. Also had a lash lift and the results were amazing! Consultation and after care was included, and the salon itself is beautiful, very clean, relaxing and spa like.

Lovely salon and a lovely bunch of ladies. Got a head massarge and neck which I didn't expect! Highly recommend yasmin the colourist! She did an amazing job 👏 Transformed my hair from black to a mocha brown highlights. My hair is in a great condition. I was Absolutely terrified to get my hair bleached! Definitely coming back for round 2 :D Thank you ♡

I have been coming to Sam for a few years now, amazing treatments from a lovely lady. Always makes me feel comfortable, relaxed and my treatments are a 10*! Unfortunately I could only give a 5* on here. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a high standard/quality of treatment in a clean cosy environment with the friendliest therapist :)

I had a HD brow treatment and lash tint with Sameena. She was so welcoming and involved me at every stage of the process which I found really reassuring. After having had bad experiences in the past, I really appreciated the fact that Sameena gave me advice but also listened to what I wanted to achieve. I felt really comfortable throughout the whole process and actually found it really relaxing! I am very impressed with the results and am already looking forward to the next appointment. I went for a wax, my eyebrows were done nicely but she explained how they would have been done better if threaded 🥴. I have got wax burns and bumps all over my face😐. My face is really irritated and after the whole thing was done she recommended that threading would have been better for me. She waxed on a dry face. I believe as a professional you should recommend to clients before the procedure instead of after to give better service to them so they have a nice and relaxed experience. She also waxed over the same place several times which is something you’re not supposed to do. My face is still irritated and covered in spots. I wouldn’t recommend.
