We have recently had a new kitchen fitted which was purchased from Howdens Shipley. The staff there couldn't have been more helpful. Their obvious desire to ensure the customer is completely happy is plain. Nothing is too much trouble and, whether calling into the depot or speaking on the phone, we were always made to feel important. Jake and all the staff at Shipley deserve this 5 star review. We were extremely apprehensive about this major investment but the whole process was made as easy as possible by Jake and the team. Thank you.

Thank you to staff at Howdens, Shipley who were really helpful when I had a problem with building a kitchen cabinet last week. I had to go back several times, but they patiently shared their ideas and expertise for getting round the problem, going 'above and beyond' Delighted to say that the kitchen cabinet is now finished and functioning. Would certainly recommend.

Absolute shambles - possibly the hardest organisation to work with of the last two years! The prices are (apparently) reasonable - once you've navigated their broken kitchen fitting journeys. The customer service is awful and confused at best - good luck getting an honest, timely quote out of them!
