Excellent service from Josh & JP Plumbing - had 4 heaters exchanged and other plumbing work. Outstanding communication, professional integrity, keeping working areas clean, attention to detail - all things one does not take for granted but is pleased to note. Would recommend and use again.
Josh responded very quickly during a house move, to a broken toilet flush on an old toilet. Josh isolated the toilet to prevent further leakage from the overflowing cistern. Despite having other jobs Josh returned quickly to repair the toilet, with quality workmanship and information about the work completed. Josh communicated throughout and was extremely helpful. The excellent service was at a very fair price. Thank you, this has allowed our son to move into their new home with a functioning toilet. We would all recommend Josh and use him in the future.
Josh replied promptly to my call on a Sunday afternoon the coldest period 4 th January. My boiler had stopped working . I had a new boiler fitted by the Wednesday. Excellent service thank you
Absolutely fantastic service even cleaned up after no trace!. Quick, reliable and professional. Plumbed electrical shower and sorted a very bad sewage leak with toilet. Even tightened tap, replaced washers in kitchen and cleaned tank I wasn’t sure could be done. I will not use anyone else thank you so much
Having used JP Plumbing for the first time recently I have nothing but praise for them. What should have been a straightforward job turned in to a huge challenge due some shoddy work done at some point in the past. Josh approached this with huge patience, taking great care to ensure there was no damage caused and communicated throughout to keep me in the picture. I was extremely impressed with the outcome and felt Josh went over and beyond what I had expected. I will use JP Plumbing for any future work and can praise them enough. Thanks guys!
