This is a wonderful shop. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I took my watch in for repair and they couldn't have been more helpful. Independent shops such as these are disappearing from the high streets and we all need to protect them by using them. Whilst there is a convience in online shopping, you miss out on the helpful advice, the sense of community and, in this case, good old Yorkshire charm!

Visited the shop today to collect my wife’s new eternity ring after the staff had kindly kept it for us. The staff were just so lovely, friendly and helpful that we were so impressed with the service received. My wife’s ring fit perfectly and looked beautifully stunning, that she was absolutely thrilled with it. Thank you so much we will definitely be back again. Also thanks for letting our 8 week old puppy 🐶 visit your shop although I don’t think you minded at all 😉

Visited yesterday and as always the staff were very helpful and friendly. We’ve bought a lot of our jewellery and watches here over the years and have always had excellent advice and service. Would highly recommend.

As a family, we've bought from them more than once over the last year. My future son in law picked the perfect engagement ring for my daughter; my wife found an amazing necklace there and all at very reasonable prices. We've bought, and will continue to buy, our foreign currency from them (better exchange rates than many). The team are very friendly and knowledgeable; a pleasure to deal with.

Since finding Christopher Brown Jewellers in Shipley, a few years ago, we have never been anywhere else for jewellery repairs, buying gifts for special occasions and exchanging currency. We have found that the quality and service here are second to none. The staff go above and beyond and are super friendly.
