Big thanks to Tyre Experts MOT & Service Centre. Damien and the team did a great job on my Cupra Formentor — professional mechanics who know their stuff. I had four new Bridgestone tyres fitted (for less than £600 total) and went for the Hunter 3D alignment service, which covered both front and rear toe for £80. Solid value and smooth service. Would definitely recommend. 👍🏽

Booked in for tracking alignment at very short notice. The car was on the alignment ramp within 15 minutes of phoning. Got an update showing how the alignment looked when I arrived. Avoid This Garage - Dangerous Work, Faulty Equipment and Wasted Days I brought my car in for a tyre change after a puncture. The staff sold me a wheel tracking service, claiming it was necessary to prevent wear on my new tyres, so I agreed to the additional cost. When I got my car back, it wouldn't drive straight and was genuinely dangerous to take on the road. I immediately returned and they assured me they'd fix it. After several more hours, they told me to test drive it - but the issue persisted. Since it was late, they told me to drive home (in an unsafe car!) and return the next day. Day 2: They called right as they were closing to say the car was ready. I collected it, drove out, and the steering issue was exactly the same. When I brought it back, they admitted they hadn't even test driven it themselves - completely unprofessional. Since they were shutting, they told me to come back the following day. Day 3: Same outcome - car still pulling dangerously. When I requested a refund, they were extremely hesitant, saying "We spent a while on your car and the issue hasn't fixed, its most likely your car that's causing the issue, so we won't be able to do a refund." Only after I insisted and they spoke to their boss Damian did they finally agree to refund the tracking cost only. They then let me drive off with a car that was still dangerously steering incorrectly. I took the car straight to Kwik Fit down the road, who tracked and aligned it properly within an hour. Four days wasted going back and forth to a garage that looks professional but operates like cowboys, performing faulty and unprofessional work on your car. I could have saved all that time, paid the same amount, and gone to Kwik Fit from the start. At the end I called them up to let them know it was their faulty equipment that was causing the issue, they just said thanks for letting them know and did nothing to make up for the awful experience. Save your money and your time - avoid this place.

Could not be bothered to click on any of my hub caps. ALL were loose. Charged me £50 instead of the advertised £45. Tried to sell me when tyres when there is plenty of tread left. Wasters. Do not use

The actual service I received for the brake replacement was perfectly fine. Friendly and polite staff. But if anything goes wrong, don’t expect any help. I’ve been waiting nearly 2 months for some resolution, and I’ve had to chase up Damian countless times. He’s told me he’d get back to me time and time again and hasn’t. Terrible communication on his part, which is a shame, because if the problem was actually sorted I’d be happy to leave a 5 star review. Please feel free to get in touch Damian.
