Top fellas, great communication. Messaged them on Saturday morning in regards to a new battery with fitting. Took my car down to the shop in the afternoon and a couple hours later was all sorted for a reasonable price too. 👌

I recently had my car battery repaired at zem motors and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The issues began right from the start as the guy seemed uninterested and lacked professionalism. after finally getting my car back, I noticed that the problem wasn't fully resolved. The battery still showed signs of weakness, and I faced the same hybrid issue as before. It was evident that the repair was not performed correctly. Moreover, the service was subpar. When I tried to communicate my concerns with the guy, they seemed dismissive and unresponsive, making it clear that they were not interested in resolving the issue. Overall, my experience with zem motors was extremely unsatisfactory. I expected a reliable and efficient car battery repair, but what I received was a waste of time and money. I would strongly advise against using their services and recommend finding a more reputable and customer-oriented hybrid car battery issues. Stay away it's big scam.. And rather get new battery

Hi guys at Zem Motors I just wanted to say what an excellent and brillant experience and sevice yet again. I was writing the review and saw the negative reviews and was disappointed to see what was written. Mohammad Atif from my gathering is not even a customer and a friend of Waqas Arshad whom I was present in the shop when this issue was raised. I remeber you telling me when I had my battery replaced to keep it serviced ensure a filter is installed and that neglectful driving is not tolerated I know on many occasions you will still warranty out a battery but it is also true that this is not sustainable if a customer is constantly neglectful. You lads provide a great service locally and I will always recommend you but it is very hurtful to see a coalition of gentlement trying to tarnish your name just becuase something did not go their way. To use fake accounts and create a false narative is absolutley abhorent use of someones time and a clear violation of Google protocol and services one which I will personally be reporting. To everyone reading anything Hybrid or for that matter anything at all automotive give the lads a shout and they will handle it if not they will go out the way and help you get it sorted even if they dont gain from it thats the type of shop they are. Local services to local people at affordable rates. Keep up the hard work and Look forward to seeing you again shortly. Shame on those with time to try and tear down hard working people.

Stopped off here for a battery for my volkswagen golf and received excellent polite professional service , the owner who served me informed me it was it the last one and held it for me until I returned from the cash point to pay. Also he disposed of my old battery so one less job for me to do ! Highly recommended local business.
