Shocking service! I wasn’t in a rush so I left my dress to be cleaned for a week as they said they were busy (even though the guy was on his mobile phone!) I was told it would be ready Tuesday but didn’t actually get there till Wednesday. Even though the shop should have been open, when I got there there a handwritten note on the door to say closed open at 11.30. When I went back later my dress wasn’t there and I was told it was at another shop but they could get it back for the following day. I asked that they ring me to make sure it turned up. As I didn’t get a call I had to ring back twice to find out where the dress was. On my second call I was told that I had been sent a text and when I looked, lo and behold, I had been sent a text at exactly the same time as my first call. I have now picked up the cleaning and it looks fine however I received no apology on any of my visits. I appreciate sometimes things happen, but this is absolutely no way to run a business and to apologize is simply customer service.

Absolutely horrendous. They took my wedding dress five days before my wedding and made it totally unwearable, then were shouting at us extremely defensively, did nothing to help us sort it and claimed it was somehow our fault that they took a silk wedding dress with a few tiny travel creases and gave us back a dress that had shrunk and was covered in creases. It looked like it had been in a tumble dryer, not dry cleaned. When the dress was dropped off it was in near perfect condition, with a few minor travel creases, and it was explained “there’s no stains just a few small creases we want out for our wedding this weekend”. At this point, as experts, they could have advised that it’s “normal” for dry cleaning to shrink and crease dresses at this shop and that it would end up looking way worse if they dry cleaned it. Instead they took our money and ruined the dress. We then spent a day taking the dress to six other experts who were horrified and said nothing could be done, and that they believed it had been washed not dry cleaned. Thankfully the AMAZING ladies at Dry Clean Only in Bingley were much more willing to advise and help us and got it to a wearable state. I took it to them again after the wedding and they dry cleaned it and did another beautiful job! Do NOT take anything to be dry cleaned here. Awful customer service with no accountability for ruining a wedding dress and causing horrible stress and upset on what should have been a really lovely time the week of my wedding. Seems to be under new management which is probably a good thing but a lovely young lad Arfan is, very polite and helpful. Will definitely return when appropriate, highly recommend guys.

Really disappointed. My coat was returned with mud still on it, and it also felt tacky to the touch like there was still some cleaning product on it. No explanation was given for this, I was offered for it to be cleaned again but by this point I didn’t have any faith that they knew how to clean it, so I asked for a refund, a manager was supposed to call me back to arrange this but that hasn’t happened. Really disappointed with the actual service and the customer service, really unprofessional, and seems quite pricey too.

I have been using these guys for a while and always impressed by their speed, quality and customer service. Would recommend.
