I had to replace worn front tyres on my Ioniq EV. I've used Drive In few times over the years. Only for tyres. On the positive they had the tyres I wanted at a good price and the online booking process was easy. On the down side as usual they complained of being very busy and that I'd have to leave my car with them for 2 hours. 2 and a half hours later I called back and they hadn't started. It was actually 3 hours altogether. Also as usual I had to clean the wheels and correctly set the tyre pressures. So could do better.
I had my water pump and timing belt replaced at Drive Service Centre and was very happy with the service. Luke and Kyle were both very informative and took the time to explain the work being done, which I really appreciated. Communication was clear throughout and everything was completed professionally. Would highly recommend.
I can’t recommend this garage highly enough! The team are always so friendly and welcoming — they even make me laugh every time I’m there. They get the work done quickly and keep me fully updated along the way, explaining any problems clearly and giving me options without any pressure. What really sets them apart is their honesty and communication. They’re upfront about prices, give excellent advice, and I trust them completely. This is by far the best garage I’ve ever used, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Used Drive In Shipley for years but then had a few years off when I moved to Keighley. Fed up with being overcharged by dealerships, so I’ve returned and had my past two services done at Drive in. They are extremely professional , friendly and fair. I’d rather travel a bit and get good service than feel I was being ripped off elsewhere. Always accommodating, they do their best for you. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else in future. 😁
Mazda 6 2016 2.2l 150hp my car was smoking like a dragon from exhaust. I came from a street, and asked if they fix engines. They diagnosed it as a "dead" turbo. Turbo has been refurbished with a 12-month warranty. Highly recommend they are fixers, not parts replaces. Clearly they have skills knowledge and experience and fair prices.
