Mill Farm Country Park

Lovely site run by lovely people. We've just enjoyed a weeks stay, the site is hedged and has large well kept grass pitches, the toilets/showers are very clean and well kept. I think the toilets would benefit from a couple of hand driers and a hair dryer in the ladies. We would recommend this site and we will be visiting again. John & Yvonne M

Fabulous site, pitch sizes are generous and level. Toilet/shower block was cleaned regularly. Very friendly, helpful owners, have a tour of the key facilities and advice on a couple of different pitches (in light of the fact we arrived just at the start of the first named storm for August.). Thanks to the advice we survived in gusts in excess of 50 mph. The site has its own private woodland walk with benches and a dog poop bin . Beach 3 mun drive or 15 minute walk. Mr Moos ice-cream parlour also a short drive.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who was very helpful and welcoming. She gave us a lovely pitch ( Caravan) nice quiet site and no night time noise either. Lovely dog walk through the woods. Near to the village where there is a shop and a pub and with g walking distance of the castle. Toilets and showers very clean. Will definitely return! During a lovely phone call telling us that you had availability for the bank holiday weekend, we were asked what dog we had. We have a 13 year old Japanese Akita and suddenly there was nowhere to put us!! Please be honest next time and tell me that you can't accept us because of our dog rather than not having room for us all of a sudden!!! Glad you didn't take us in the end, found the best campsite!!

Just spent an amazing week at this campsite — the views were absolutely stunning and the whole place was super peaceful. Everything was really clean and well looked after, which made the stay even better. The owner was very friendly and took the time to show me around and explain all the facilities. Felt really welcomed from the get-go!
