Great customer service so pleased they're still open and so refreshing to speak to a human!

Staff are hostile rude arrogant don’t like being asked questions FAR above the ethos of being customer centric and they all stick together when they are visibly wrong…keighley branch polar opposite when making the same request of staff…without a USP NatWest need to get their staff here to be aware we don’t NEED NatWest and their arrogant belligerent bombastic incorrect staff 🤗😡

I would like to thank Jane Mortimer for her kindness on Monday morning. I don’t know want we would have done without her help. We had traveled 42 miles to do some Christmas shopping with our granddaughter in the motorhome. Only to realise that I had forgotten my bank card and couldn’t remember the pin to my savings account. There is no TSB bank in Skipton anymore so I had no way of getting any money. So if it wasn’t for Jane being willing to take money out of her own account and me send it back to her via my bank app ,we would have had a wasted journey. So we are so very grateful to her for helping us out as it means a lot to us that we didn’t have to go straight home again. Merry Christmas Jane and all the best for 2024. It shows there are still some kindness in the world.

Fantastic staff really helpful pollute friendly bit professional ….unlike the telephone banking charade I encountered with brain dead rude push button monkeys! Staff in branch Answered my questions and sorted my issue in seconds It took 1 hour 45 minutes on the phone with one line banking morons to be given the wrong advice A thumbs up to Skipton staff from me 5 star review Always found them fabulous but this really aliviated a stressful issue for me

What was a great review, is now not so much.. these new opening times make it impossible for anyone working 9-5 to ever go to the bank, feel like I have to leave NatWest and get another account somewhere else
