I contacted Dawn Alderson & Co to make an appointment for my partner to have her eye brows done and explained that she had been in hospital for 14 months, is in a wheelchair and has right sided face palsy amongst a number of other issues. Gill was absolutely amazing!! She was understanding, nothing was an issue, went out of her way, was very friendly and put Jody at ease and made a great job of her eyebrows. We will be going back for definite, I can't speak highly enough about the experience. Thank you so much.
Lovely salon with friendly experienced staff. I had lash extensions which looked amazing when Dawn had finished. I also had a spray tan which again looked amazing. Salon is modern and clean. Highly recommend.
Fabulous experience having my nails done, very happy with the results, despite the poor condition of my nails, Jo made them look great. Also, as a tourist, she gave me lots of tips for local places to visit and eat. I came out feeling great, and will definitely visit again next time we are visiting, thank you
Got a quick appointment but i wasn't impressed with the service, booking the appointment the telephone line was bad and the manner of the receptionist was abit poor and unprofessional. As a positive, they were able to give me an appointment quite quickly. When I went for the appointment however, the treatment room door wouldn't shut and the room itself looked dirty. I'd recommend 'Features' behind Craven Court rather than this place although this is closer to where I live.
My daughter and I have been a few times and become my regular. I always have Bea, she's lovely,friendly and always very good at what she does! I'm happy with the service, and the environment. Definitely will recommend to anyone. Thank you
