Tredici Hair & Day Spa

What a lovely atmosphere here at Tredici. I had hair cut & colour by Stacey, she helped me with colour choices which I’m really happy with the results. It was my first visit here, I felt completely comfortable and I felt welcomed. The salon was so clean

The salon is in a lovely building but sadly the quality of the hairdressing and customer service does not match. My hair was cut and coloured here (as I’m new to the area) - the cut did not match what I asked for (all uneven ends) and colour was all streaky with root patches showing on my crown. I rang to request an emergency appointment and they wanted to charge me full price to fix and we were unhelpful. I ended up at another salon to fix - paying !! Horrendous - avoid ! Moved to Skipton recently from Barrowford and thought I’d try a nearer beauty salon firstly for a small treatment so I called for an appointment for a 30min facial. I was asked if I’d been before and when I replied No I was bluntly told the day I asked for was fully booked. She’d put the phone down before I’d even been given the option of another day ???!!! Shocking service really don’t understand why a business would do this but it’s def off my list of places where I’ll be spending money.

Super friendly staff. The treatment was brilliant. I had a microdermabrasion and my skin felt amazing straight away. Would definitely recommend!

Angela Wright has been cutting my hair for years. What I appreciate most is she's got such high personal standards, she takes the time to get my hair just right before I head out the door.
