I'm always recommending Mark to people. I first visited him for achilles pain from inefficient and poor running style. I'm now running pain-free. My girlfriend has now done the same. As a Personal Trainer I come across clients/gym members with various dysfunctions and chronic injuries. Mark's expertise is invaluable and the first person I refer them to or liaise with.

Finally!!! Someone that knows what they’re talking about. Thoroughly impressed and extremely happy with Mark at Paragon Physio! I’ve been suffering with a bad shoulder for 4-5 years, which has progressively been worsening. After having it assessed with many sport injury specialists and GP’s… I was told many misleading and incorrect things. Paid for unnecessary treatments. And was allowed to have too many cortisone injections that have seriously worsened the injury and jeopardized my recovery. Mark has been the first person to properly assess, well-explain the situation (which I finally can make sense of it all now), and put together a rehabilitation program that has started to make a positive and “sustainable improvement”. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you’re struggling with any kind of injury… you need to go see Mark!

Mark is an incredibly knowledgeable physiotherapist who has been worth his weight in gold. His assessment skills are second to none. Explained the cause of my issues without using technical jargon and has provided me with a light at the end of the tunnel. Highly recommend Mark.

I visited Mark whilst training for a marathon as I was struggling with a lot of pain. I'd already visited a different physio who wasn't able to do anything to help or give me any good advice. Really grateful to Mark as I am now running without any pain at all. Would highly recommend.

While on an extended holiday in Europe (visiting from Canada) - I developed a very painful issue with my knee that was also extremely concerning. I saw several professionals in Italy and the UK without uncovering the root cause or finding any relief. This afternoon, I saw both Katy and Mark at Paragon on the advice of my father, who is a new client of theirs. After a thorough assessment, Mark and Katy zeroed in on the root cause and were kind enough to schedule follow-up sessions to arm me with the tools I need to address the issue once back home in Canada. They pulled strings and shuffled their schedule to get me the care and attention I needed, on short notice, and with a limited timeline to work within. They also took the time and made the effort to explain everything to me in detail, so I left with not only a path forward, but the information needed to build a foundation for further educating myself and seeking better help from other professionals back home. I am extremely thankful to both of them, and do not hesitate to provide them with my highest reccomendation possible. Thank you!
