Coachman Caravan Park

2 days before our holiday i received a text message saying there wasn't any pitches for our first night. Considering we booked in January and it was now July we were shocked as to how this could happen. We were promised a refund for the Saturday and if we could come a day later still get 7 nights for the price of 6. We rearranged our work commitments to suit and arrived Sunday. Had a lovely holiday and the pub next door was fabulous, amazing staff giving excellent service. I've messaged a few times regarding the refund, 4 weeks later still nothing. This guy Henry has failed every promise he gave us and only contacts me when he wants something. There's no website anymore and whites leisure has no email contact to lodge any kind of complaint. This has left a sour taste after a such a good holiday

Site very handy for surrounding area. Our stay was spoilt by the noisy roadworks, and workmen swearing. Not the fault of the owners but I'm sure they were informed of upcoming roadworks and should have informed guests. I contacted the owners but they didn't reply. The pitch we were on wasn't level, the electric hook up point was held together by tape, (H&S issue) and the light didn't work. The toilets were clean but the shower doors need replacing. We still enjoyed our stay except for the noise but we went out every day to get away from it. I'm disappointed that there was no contact from the owners, especially as I had messaged them.

Rude and terrible customer service. The older lady with not many teeth. You shouldn’t have contact with any customers. The way you spoke and carried on was a disgrace to Aussies. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Fantastic little site, 2 toilets and 2 showers nice and clean, only 12 pitches so just right,country pub next door, this site is in the middle of all your coastal destinations anywhere all within 20/30, minutes drive, we'll certainly be back, thanks to Keith for making us feel welcome, Dale and liz Dudley

Tidy little site. Next to a pub where we ate but never heard a thing. Lovely toilets and showers.
