Jasmine Caravan Park

We camped here with 3 young families and will be coming back for more! The highlight of the camp site for me is the cleanliness of their facilities. Their washing rooms are completely bug free, and very clean regardless of time of day. The staff are really friendly - almost too friendly! When we arrived, we were eager to get our tent setup due to impending rain, and the fella was very keen to give us a warm welcome and chat with us. Not a complaint really, just very happy for the warm greeting. At one point, a member of our party put a bag over the pitch light to help reduce glare into their thin walled tent, the staff spotted this and came to ask if we wanted the light off. Proactive customer service!! Finally, when seeing other customers leaving, the staff were thoroughly inspecting the pitch for anything left over prior to the next customers arriving, which is another testament to the level of maintenance their facilities receive. We had a group of 3 families and were colocated upon request too. The pitches are well looked after, and quiet hours well respected. This is a great spot for conscientious campers, family friendly, and would recommend to anyone who values friendliness and cleanliness. Two small notes as a request to the owners: One of the gents showers only stays on for 3-5 seconds at a time, which makes it difficult to wash The sinks are quite small, which makes washing a 50cm diameter pan a challenge. Would be nice to just have one sink capable of housing such an item, as it’s not that uncommon a requirement!

We absolutely loved this Camp Site. It's in a great location, just 25 mins into Scarborough. The place is absolutely spotless, the taps were so shiny I could see my reflection. They take a lot of pride in keeping it this way, the showers, the little mirrored cubicles. Little shop onsite too for those little essentials. Nice friendly and helpful staff. We are definitely looking at booking for summer ☀️ ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

We have just returned from this campsite and cannot fault it . The site was ideally placed to visit lots of locations such as Scarborough Whitby and Pickering. The site was kept immaculate,we were met upon arriving and told where everything was by the camp owner. She told us camp rules and dogs are made welcome too. We will definatly be going again and would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing quiet place to stay.

Lovely site, we camped for 4 nights 2 adults and 1 child. Lovely staff, welcomed us on arrival and they keep the site well maintained. There is a really good family feel to the site, lots of kids having fun enjoying their stay with a lovely playground. The only problem we had was with the showers, very little pressure and the button has to be constantly pressed for water leaving you with 1 hand to wash your hair! The toilet block and showers were very clean, so it’s a shame the showers let it down for us. I’ll give 4 stars, but would have been 5 if the showers were better. Overall we had wonderful weather and a very enjoyable time.

Loved the site, but the toilet block was two fields away. And the drinking water was at the opposite end of the field. As I'm slightly disabled I had to use the car to go to the bathroom.
