We went for a bottomless brunch. There were 9 of us, we pre-booked the food so that was easy! The staff were very attentive to us and kept coming over to see what drinks we wanted next. This is fab service! We all had a great time and the food was delicious!

Didn't eat here. Quality cocktails and friendly staff. Would be great to see deals on their cocktails eg Early Bird.

I’ve been here twice in the last couple of months and both times I’ve left disappointed. Unfortunately, I’d already paid a £100 deposit for a work leaving do before my first visit – and I instantly regretted it after that experience. We booked a bottomless brunch for 20 people. Two were paying separately, one cancelled, and the rest of us went for the bottomless brunch option. Honestly, the food was average at best. Some people had already eaten both of their tapas dishes before others had even received their first. Most of the food came out lukewarm, and several of us were still hungry afterwards. When you compare it to other local places that offer better quality food and at least 3 tapas dishes for the same price, it really doesn’t make it worth while. The service wasn’t much better. We had to constantly chase drinks, which defeats the point of a “bottomless” brunch. Staff didn’t seem busy – just standing around by the counter while we were left waiting. Given the size of the booking and the fact it was arranged well in advance, I expected far better organisation and attention. The worst part was at the end. The two who were paying as they went had already settled up, and the rest of us split the remaining bill. A member of staff then came over claiming we still owed £75+. I double-checked with everyone and we even went through our bank transactions to confirm payments had gone through. It was really stressful – especially when the manager got involved and still couldn’t provide a proper receipt with a breakdown of the food and drinks we had ordered, just a bit of paper with a balance written on it. Completely unhelpful. Eventually, a friend told me it had been “sorted.” I asked the staff member collecting the payments, and he casually admitted he’d forgotten three people had paid in cash. No apology, no explanation – just acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I also had to ask for the extra £5 I’d overpaid, which they gave back in cash. The manager was passive-aggressive throughout. When I asked for an apology, he gave a half-hearted one, then immediately followed it up with an excuse about his colleague making a mistake. I wasn’t interested in excuses – just wanted a bit of accountability and acknowledgment for the stress they’d caused. Whether it was a genuine mistake or not, the whole experience was poorly handled from start to finish. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.
