Very impressed with this company. The appointment booking system was excellent. Both Richard & George arrived promptly on the day of the job, worked really hard in sorting out my gas piping system & the end result was amazing. A much more efficient boiler & all radiators now piping hot. Competitively priced. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend this company. Excellent service. Turned up as arranged, Andy was friendly and abliging, completing the job quickly with zero fuss. The invoice arrived and was exactly as quoted. Brilliant.
Always very helpful. We have an elderly relative that lives with us and they came within a day of us ringing to sort out the problem. Would definitely recommend.
I had a truly terrible experience with this lot. A routine job of fitting a new shower led to 18 months of awfulness. Numerous leaks- damage to ceiling of room below/ needing redecoration 3 times and despite numerous visits by them by disinterested plumbers problems never properly rectified. I got another plumber in eventually who took whole lot out repaired rotten floor from water damage and refitted a new cubicle and shower. Dale Stephenson’s refused to accept any liability and wouldn’t offer any compensation. I would strongly advise not to use them. Poor quality workmanship and poor customer service
