It's a transport yard so once they've loaded their own vehicles and cleared the yard everybody else gets sorted pretty quick. Good set of lads

Can be busy. Lads in yard are very helpful and quick at unloading.

Ridiculous experience. Firstly no prior communication they were delivering. I asked the driver what would happen if I hadn’t been in, the only reason I was at home was due to my child being off school poorly, he said he would just have turned around and left. Then he said how are you going to get the large package off the van. I said can’t you help, he said no. Fortunately some lads doing some building work next door came to help otherwise again he would just have left with the package undelivered. Then I said are you able to take the pallet back the item was delivered on and he said no, bye, drove off. Would never use this company again, never seen anything like it.

Excellent service from start to finish. Called prior to arrival to make sure I was in. The delivery driver himself was very perfessional, polite and helpful. Couldn't fault the service. Would definitely recommend.

Although I appreciate anything being delivered in these times. The conversations I had with the company were great and they were so helpful. The courier/driver on the other hand was NOT! It wasn't really necessary for your driver to just dump the cooker and walk away after my builders had asked if he could possibly bring the HUGE RANGE OVEN closer to my front door. Instead he just laughed at them thinking the whole situation was amusing. They were not asking him to bring it in the house just closer to the house. Diabolical service from the driver.
