Long Acre Self-Catering Apartments

Well kept rooms beautiful gardens. Rose is an absolute star and nothing is too much trouble for her. We have stayed there several times now for Thirsk Ripon and Redcar races nearby and Long acre is recommended.

Stayed in an annex behind main house called the garden room. It had kitchenette, large double bed and single bed, tv, wardrobe, chest of drawers, books, puzzles, table and chairs, dressing gowns, and large wet room ensuite. Breakfast was in main house. It was set up well for a disabled family as well. Breakfast was lovely. And in the grounds was an owl sanctuary ran and looked after by rose our host. With chickens and guinea pigs and ducks. Kids would love it and adults too. Have booked for next year.

Love the apartment, was decorated for Christmas. Lovely people, so helpful. Hot cinnamon buns awaited up, comfortably bed, bath. The other cottage took pets. A real find.

Been to longacres fot vacations many times and spent 14 weeks on one occasion Rose is truly a great host we so enjoyed our stays plus we helped feedpigs the chickens goats ducks Guinea even a bit of planting she has a great family highly recommend it

Absolutely loved our stay at Long Acre,wish we could have stayed longer,we were made so welcome by Rose,everything about it was so lovely,the bedroom we stayed in was the en suite family room and it was beautiful .we could see owls from our bedroom window as well and listening to them at night was just amazing,I recommend this little gem so much and we will definitely be coming back Clare Brown Preston
