Very poor experience for a pedicure. Consultant was in work late and kept me waiting 30 minutes at 9am . She had very long nails apparently got a birthday bash and found dealing with my feet difficult as a result . The foot spa was so far away from the chair I was practically lying down to get my feet into it as it was perched on top of a small stool that wobbled . I had to ask her to move it several times . Very little foot prep and I had to ask three times to correct nail gel which was overlapping skin . No lively foot cream added after or masaage whole thing took approx 25 mins and £35 . I rang salon and asked to speak to manager or owner to discuss but they were not available and would return my call but this did not happen so I’m posting very poor review about a tress as ent which Should be a real treat .
Just the best pamper afternoon! Wonderful facial and pedicure...highly recommended 👌
