KFC Harrogate - High Street

The just eat driver drop my food plus when i checked the food, it was missing 2 large chicken popcorn!!! It was really disappointing and to think i paid for that food!!! Im so pissed that i came from a long shift and decided to order food and my favourite was missing!!!!

Waited more than two hours for my delivery this evening, which was supposed to take 25-35 minutes. Kids went to bed after having some toast and cold KFC dinner went in the bin when it arrived. There is nowhere to call or complain so I decided to leave a review here. In response to the reply from KFC, I contacted the number in the KFC app the following day. They said the order was delivered within the estimate window. This is correct because the estimate window was delayed by ten minutes every ten minutes to over two hours in the end. They were rude and hung up on me when I questioned it.

I asked for fillet burger with no mayonnaise as it contains mustard which I'm fatality allergic to, unfortunately the burger contained about ten times the amount of mayonnaise than usual. Don't fancy dieing so probably won't go back. Also 2 other people were making complaints while I was in the store.

We ordered via uber eats and have had good experiences in the past. The food on this occasion was unfortunately very overcooked and they had run out of gravy. Everything tasted very strange compared to usual and from chatting with the locals, the store seems to be really deteriorating. Based on the food quality and the over £30 price tag for our order, I don’t think we’ll be ordering here again in the future

Ordered a couple of meals via Deliveroo. Looked like meal had been tossed around and squashed prior to delivery. Only to find a budgie breast cunningly disquised and marketed as a chicken breast! But not to outdoo the disapointment of this, the chips that came looked and tasted like they had been warmed up 3 days ago and sent out to us. Sent numerous e mails to their "No" customer support only for them to take no responsiility for the quality of food and told me to take it up with deliveroo as thats who we paid! So, no help at all and a refusal to take any responsibilty. We wont be eating from KFC again
