Leading from the front and being hands-on, working on the line and on the dining area</li><li>Supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers & fries, store results and providing a above & beyond experience for your team and customers</li><li>Creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun while leading with our Values - Competitive, Enthusiastic, Family, Get It Done and Integrity</li><li>Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience - You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way</li><li>You will ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management, thinking about long-term plans</li><li>Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs</li><li>Always leading with our values</li><li>Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline</li></ul> WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE <ul> <li>Experience: Ideally, you have at least 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment. You know what it takes to run a busy shift and keep the energy high. </li><li>Customer Satisfaction: You are obsessed with the guest experience and have the numbers to prove it. You have a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews. </li><li>Financial Responsibility: You have experience assisting with P&L management, controlling labour costs, and managing inventory/waste to hit profitability targets. </li><li>Leadership Skills: You have a proven track record of leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
