Had to drive a number of miles on flat, so l had to just turn up, without an appointment. Two new 245/45 tyres fitted, frankly the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful with a prompt service at a fair price. Having never used this company before, l would certainly go back.
Great service from platinum from start to finish, the two ladies on reception are very efficient and cheerfull, they actually call you back when they say they will and keep you informed. Customer service is very good. As for the fitting side of things they are really good too, Can't recommend this place highly enough. They also have a tyre fitting bay too
Just had a trye changed last minute because of a nail through my original one. As per first class service. Lads are fantastic and take great pride in looking after your car. Thanks again guys.
Platinum Motors can always be relied upon to help out at short notice. My car had a slow puncture and they repaired it the same day I contacted them about it, and charged a very reasonable amount for that service. I also use them for planned servicing and MOT, and trust the work they carry out 100%. A very trustworthy local company.
Darren and his team at Platinum have been our 'go-to' fixers for all things motoring since they took on the business around 20 years ago. Servicing, MOTs and some occasionally tricky diagnosis are all taken in their stride, and Darren will always take the time to explain what he does to my cars to keep them going. A highly recommended local business that I will always support without hesitation.
