After rupturing a disc in my lower spine resulting in sciatica running down my right leg, I sought out the services of a Physiotherapist to try and get back to health. I would like to say a big thank-you to the very very helpful and knowledgeable Jess Wincote for the diagnosis, manipulation of my lower back and exercises to relieve my condition. After four sessions I am very pleased to say my condition has very nearly gone and my life is back to normal. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice and would certainly return should I have any further joint/muscular issues.

I have used NYP for a very long time and over the years all of my many sports injuries have been treated with great care. The whole Physiotherapy team are excellent in their knowledge, great at explaining the injury and even better at executing a rehabilitation plan. The premises are perfect, parking is easy and the reception staff are so friendly. The link they have with a local University is now adding a new and positive dimension to the business. Very importantly, appointments are usually available at short notice. I'm so pleased they won the Practice of the Year award, it is well deserved.

This was my first time requiring any physiotherapy so I was unsure how things would be tracked and managed. I was very impressed with NYP. Everything felt very professional and my progress was clearly tracked with tests vs. benchmarks from my initial consultation, and each session proving beneficial.
