We had a fairly extensive extension done by Adam and his team which went out of the front and back of the house and involved moving internal walls and raising upstairs windows as well as putting a chimney through the house. They were very professional, thorough and helpful. Worked around our needs as we have young children, worked hard and were reliable. Adam even saved us money making suggestions to changes in the architectural drawings that our architect agreed were sensible but hadn't thought of. We are over the moon with the outcome, process and Adam's management of the project. His team are lovely guys too, polite and hard working.

Adam and his team have undertaken two projects for me. Last year he completed a major renovation of the church hall in Great Ayton. The project included a complete new toilet block, a new kitchen, store rooms and redecoration throughout. The project went exceedingly well, nothing seemed to phase him and his workforce, even a wedding reception booked in for soon after the agreed completion date didn’t put him off! This year I asked Adam to renew the kitchen in my own home, again a project that went really well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adam, he has a wealth of experience, is easy to work with and has a friendly experienced workforce, most of whom have worked for him for some considerable time, which says a lot in itself.

We approached Adam back in March 2020 and work quickly started September 2020, on the promised date. We were building quite a substantial extension on the back of our kitchen/diner. Chris was assigned as our Project Manager and we couldn’t have asked for more from absolutely everyone connected. A quality bunch of lads, tidy, professional, good crack, cared, etc etc. We were regularly kept up-to-date and expectations consistently managed. The quality of the finish and the quality of the build is absolutely first class. We’ve had countless knocks at the door asking who built it, how much, can we see it, etc. The living space is exactly what we wanted - a place to chill, relax and entertain. Honestly, 10/10 for all the guys, but especially Chris and his team.

Adam and his team of talented and hard working staff with a strong 'can do' approach took our tired and ugly 70s bungalow and transformed it into a home that we love living in and are very proud of. They offered ideas and solutions to any challenge - and there were some - that we faced and were unrelenting about ensuring that work was completed to a very high standard. They were considerate and fun to work with. We have no hesitation in recommending them and are thankful that they were the team that fulfilled our mini 'grand design'.

Yatton House Society is a charity based in Great Ayton. Adam and his team refurbished our toilet's, and were very accommodating in working around our members during the COVID pandemic. His team are professional, polite and skilled. Nothing was too much trouble, they ensured that we received exactly what we requested and kept us up to date at every stage of the development. Highly recommended.
