The whole process was incredibly smooth and organised with R H Flooring. Starting with the initial visit to the shop, speaking to Richard who was very polite and knowledgeable, browsing samples and making final choices, the house visit for measuring, right the way through to supply and fitting of our herringbone LVT flooring was all very considered and professional. Brad and Jack who fitted the floor were meticulous in their detail and their genuine attitude and passion for doing a fantastic job really shone through. Good banter too which is always a plus point! What an absolutely amazing service from start to finish… we first went into the shop and were given advice on the type of LVT flooring we wanted, and were given large samples to take home, with no rush on returning and a full measure of the space followed a couple days later. Richard was so professional, friendly and accommodating, fitting in with our build and kitchen installation. One of the things we were so impressed with was that he suggested the skirting boards go down first, before the flooring (the other company we enquired with wanted the skirting’s on after) as this is a better finish for us, but this was harder for them. We also were so impressed with the attention to detail that Brad showed with measuring the floor tiles exactly, so they matched in size, either side of the sliding doors, rather than putting full pieces in then a random small one at the end, it was all thought out and measured precisely for the best visual outcome. Brad is so very skilled and has an eye for perfection and you can tell he takes pride in his work. It was a pleasure having Richard and Brad in our home, and they worked so hard and were so respectful and professional and we had some good conversations! Both Richard and Brad gave us excellent advice after the install on caring for the floor and we have already booked them for a 2nd job! I can not recommend RH flooring enough, for the most amazing service from deciding on the floor, right through to installing and thank you both… you are brilliant

RH Flooring removed the old flooring in our 50m2 kitchen-diner and, after levelling, replaced it with vinyl planks. Top-notch service from Rich and his team throughout, and the floor looks fantastic. Only wish I had used his company the first time around. Highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. Advice in store on the type of flooring we required, with large samples available to take home to select colour in situ. Fitting done efficiently in less time than estimated. Good communication, discussion over details and a really friendly team here to lay the floor. The finished floor looks superb - top quality. Wow Can not recommend RH flooring enough made a beautiful job of my flooring of my whole house. We’re very efficient and left no mess !!
