I purchased a BSA Goldstar from Eddys as they are my nearest dealer for BSA bikes despite being 80 miles away, superb service and friendly staff. So impressed with them that when my wife wanted a new bike (a Royal Enfield Clasic 350) we would rather deal with Eddys than our local RE dealer which is only 20 miles away. Although it is further to travel to them, the friendly family service provided makes us feel valued customers rather than give our business to the local dealer in Stockton on Tees.

Terrible service. I was in the showroom having a look a Voge as I wanted to order one. Walked past the office window where 2 gents were talking. I looked in to try and get their attention but I was ignored. Went back to have another look and then an elderly chap came out of the office. He walked straight past me without even saying hello. The showroom was a mess and all the bikes covered in dust. I think i will go buy elsewhere.

travelled to the showroom today, 25/9/25 from Teesside with a mate to view the BSA Bantam all the staff made us feel welcome and answered all our questions great dealership will be buying my next new bike from Eddy's Motto thanks for a great day out.

Really inprest with the amount of motorbikes there is fantastic arange of royal enfield and classic motorbikes my son was looking for a classic bike but unfortunately the staff couldn't manage to make the time to talk So this was disappointing as my son wanted a classic bike to invest In ..
