Called Ian out after a boiler leak. I could not get a plumber for 48 hours even with home emergency cover despite me telling them I had no water due to having to turn water off at the mains and no heat. I tried Ian after family recommendation and he came out immediately to isolate the boiler to give me water and diagnosed the problem straightaway. I was told he could get the part and fix it the next day as it was already late evening. The next day as promised he was back with the part and fixed the problem totally!! Really impressed with the speed of service and will definately use him again and would recommend him following my experience.
Called him to price up a job, came out said he would contact my brother to get the go ahead , took him 3 weeks & 2 phone calls before he contacted my brother , told my brother he would ring me to arrange a suitable time to fit the water heater , that was 3 weeks ago, still waiting for his call. USELESS WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND TO ANYONE. SORRY
Brilliant service, came out and fixed our leaking boiler the same day we rang. Thank you for a prompt professional service.
I called them several times over two weeks and got absolutely no response, disgusting. If I could give this zero stars I would.
