Fantastic service. Gary helped out last minute to clean my suit, it was done and ready to pick up in less than 24 hours. Absolutely perfect job and would certainly recommend.

Well at last I have found a reliable 'family run' style type of dry cleaners. A friendly service where those on the front desk know exactly what they are talking about. It's always a good thing when you can see from front of desk exactly what happens to ones clothes. At The Cleaning Centre all garments are visibly cleaned on site-so much more reliable than being sent away somewhere. Commercial Cleaners have damaged my clothes in the past. Here I feel people care and do the cleaning job with excellence. You will be happy with prices too. I recently brought in a winter coat which held great sentimental value. It had sadly already been marked by a former poor commercial dry cleaner's. I was reluctant to give it a go again at any cleaning service. Thankfully I did because my coat came up a treat -a brilliant job done by The Cleaning Centre at Tadcaster. Although I live in York and The Cleaning Centre is in Tadcaster, it's worth getting it right and I will travel the extra miles just because this service is brilliant. I have been using this dry cleaners over the past 6 months for various items of clothing and have found the staff both friendly, helpful and efficient. More recently I discovered they have a horse rug wash and repair facility, The owner collected and delivered large quantities of horse rugs for me within the week at a very reasonable price. Fabulous service!

These people are hopeless. I sent in two suits for dry cleaning - regular wool suits from TM Lewin. They came back looking as though they'd been washed in a toilet. Creases everywhere, a stain on one of the trouser legs, no creases along the front of the leg where they should be. I took the suits back to show them and they offered to re-do them free of charge. Came back again and they still weren't right. These people are no good at all at dry cleaning suits. And they're expensive (£12.50 per suit, whereas I can get them done in Leeds - where they'll collect from and return them to your office - for £8.50). And they close on Wednesdays! I shall not return.

I was going to call for a quote on a cotton rug clean but then saw that if you call either of their two phone numbers you get charged £2.75 per minute....holy smoke!!! Beware!!
