Haven Primrose Valley Holiday Park

We stayed at your holiday park, for a festive Christmas break, with our boys last week..We had a lovely time, and the Xmas lights on the park look amazing. Been 2 years running. Magical for kids. Such a great idea to stay open over xmas. The park is looking like it needs some maintenance in a few places though. Wetherspoons had a great festive atmosphere. We had a lovely meal in there. Good offers on the Monday club. We went into Scarborough and Filey shopping and sightseeing.. Its a lovely part of the country and in a perfect location.We stayed in a silver grade caravan, which is certainly not as nice as they use to be. Stayed in two this year and they've been really basic, tired and we'll worn older models, like a bronze with added decking..standards are dropping on this, but on the positive, it was very clean. A nice touch with the added xmas tree. .if we book in 2026 it will be a bronze or a gold grade caravan. We've been coming for 8 years now to various parks, round the country, so can make comparisons on previous accommodation.. it's hard for businesses in the current climate, but you need to look after your regular customers, so they carry on coming, for years to come.

Lovely place. But it's dirty the indoor pool areas filthy on sides of pool. The balls ornaments thick with dust loads of rubbish on the side been there all week. Come on haven your standards are slipping don't be like Parkdean. The life guards are rude, kids with attitude suppose to be open at 10am everyone queueing to enter the pool gate don't open until 10.06 losing swim time. Reception really helpful. Caravan had a few problems dirty, rusty, and cracked window, leaky toilet, cooker ring not working. As a gold caravan I expect higher. Toilet was replaced within 2 hours of logging it.that was fab. Apart from the debris and filth around pool areas I would of scored 5 stars. I only paid for a pass for swimming as I don't do entertainment etc. Come on haven !!! Step.up. we don't always have kids should have a adult swim only earlier b4 families.

We have been coming to primrose Valley for the past 2 years, as a family we love it my little girl is 2 years old and there is plenty of things on the site for her to take part in. The swimming pool is one of the best we have ever been to two big pools, splash pad and beach splash area. The pools was clean, well kept and the water was warm. We had a gold caravan and was very clean and well kept. We have booked again for next year.

Had a 4 night break with grandsons in silver caravan booked through Haven. Caravan was clean on arrival, beds made up like we asked for and location was ideal as it was between both main areas ie funfair and activities and showbar and food outlets. Enjoyed the break and the grandsons loved every minute. Would book again

Great location. We had a lovely caravan at a great price. There was just a few minor problems. the double bed was missing a slat and the tv remote battery clip was missing and made using it annoying. But told staff the next day and all was fixed..I just wonder why housekeeping didnt spot the bed as it was obvious. The other thing is it needed a good clean. Yes you could see the hover had been used over the carpet mostly but not on the edge's. The loos and bathrooms looked clean. But cobwebs were a plenty. The worst was under the sofa cushions. You know how it is as you shuffle around the cushions move. So after a bit you think I will put them back but as you lift it up there's lots of bits and things . You then regret lifting it up. So then you get the large blanket throw you have in the back of the car to sit on . There was good access to the beach and plenty to do on site. The site is tidy and clean. Grass areas and gardens tidy. No litter anywhere.
