I had a blow dry with Storm. First time visiting the salon. There had been a mix up with bookings (not the salon’s fault). They went above and beyond to still honour my appointment. I loved the finished look and will definitely be back! Lovely friendly and professional staff!

I was booked in this morning fir a short hair cut with Lilly, a trainee to help her with experience of cutting very short hair. I had visited another salon out of town a month ago for a cut and colour. I was extremely disappointed with the cut and the colour faded after 2 weeks and the condition of my hair was dreadful. Yes, I should have gone back to complain, but couldn't face it so thought I would cut my losses and I went to Watkins-Wright in Thirsk after recommendation. Oh my goodness. Not only did Lilly give me a fantastic cut, she fitted me in and has totally changed my colour and conditioned my hair. The staff are amazing ...Jill, Alison and especially Lilly....thank you so so much. You've made me smile again. See you in 5 weeks. Linda

Had a lovely pedicure here. Feet felt less achy and very soft. Would have like to have polish applied but could not as I waiting to go into hospital for a knee replacement. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff.
