I did buy a framed picture cost over 100 pounds, left in the shop to pickup later. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up, not even bothered to wrap it up. Lazy shop worker, things like this make a difference, you remember service. Luckily I had a blanket in the car I was able to wrap it up. But come on guys step it up a bit, it's not a cheap shop, they want your money but don't expect a great service.
I found the staff here friendly and extremely knowledgable about their stock. I called in for the fixings to make a Roman Blind and the lady was so helpful . I sourced everything I need in a few minutes and beat Amazon's price for the same things by 50%!
I loved the variety they had, however I found the 2 lady’s in this shop extremely rude and unwelcoming, I did buy something but I don’t think I’ll be going back for that reason.
Really helpful staff and great quality products, but range could be wider.
