I had a good interaction at the clinic and I thought it was going to be really positive - at the end we agreed I would be sent a plan of exercises and return. This is basically why I went in for so I didn’t expect that two weeks down the line and after several emails and calls I wouldn’t have anything to show for it. I have still not received a plan. I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but I’ve seen plenty of physios in my life and I have never had this - it’s always prompt and responsive. I’ve just been ignored. I can’t go again. Sadly. Update. I received them 2 weeks after the appointment.

I had a really good initial interaction with Katie, she went about what I presumed was normal practice and after a few things proceeded to talk me through I could improve my injury. At the end of our session she told that she would create a plan for moving forward over the weekend and send it over to me. Unfortunately this never materialised, I waited a week to be contacted and nothing. I emailed, text and even called NO response to this day nearly 2 months from first appointment. I have now started seeing a different physio, who was able to diagnose me with the first 5 minutes of being in the room and have had several sessions on the way to helping me recover from injury. The advice I was initially given was not correct, almost a stab in the dark I would shall and actually made my injury worse. It pains me to say this but this is the only ever negative review I have left and purely down to the lack of communication and regard for a client. I hope my case is one of a kind
Fantastic treatment, very easy to access via the website. The treatment is based on my own personal needs and comprehensive. Would highly recommend
Had an appointment with Katie about 4 weeks ago she said she would email me with some exercises to do am still waiting won't be using them again very poor
